Your Pottery Making Workshop in Herefordshire will begin at 10 am were you will be welcomed and have an introduction from your teacher. Once you have got the hang of things, you'll be encouraged to develop at your own pace with individual tutoring still being given if it is needed. Around 1 pm, a light lunch of bread, cheese, salad and fruit is served. In the afternoon there will be further demonstrations after which you'll work larger lumps of clay, making bigger pots and exploring different forms and shapes. If you are ‘fortunate/skillful’ enough to end up with two pots we’ll ask you to select your favourite to take away with you to paint at home. Alternatively, for an additional £20 per pot, leave your masterpieces with us to be dried, fired and glazed. Once your pots have emerged from the kiln approx. one month later, we’ll drop you a line to let you know they're ready for collection from the Pottery. P+P can be arranged at £5 per item.
